Q1.I got an email from Beneticon. How do I receive gift?

Congratulations on receiving gift! The email should tell you who sent the gift to you. All you need is to click 'Accept my gift' button on the email. It will redirect you to the page where you can input your shipping address. The gift will be shipped to you!

Q2. Who sent me the gift?

Beneticon shows sender name in the gift email you receive.

Q3. When will I receive gift? 

The sender will have access to the tracking number. Please coordinate with the sender for tracking information.

Q4. Can I get a return? 

If you are not happy with the product, please follow the refund policy of the shop that sender purchased the gift. You may need to coordinate with the gift sender for the return.
